What this site is
This site lets guests of Drop Inn Motel & RV Park send us a request during their stay and share feedback about it.
What we collect
- The information you type into a form: your name, room number, what you need, how soon you need it, an optional phone number, and any feedback or comments.
- Basic technical data that web hosting providers log automatically, such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use it only to respond to your request, to look after your room, and to improve the motel. Requests are forwarded to the owner by email or text message.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or send marketing messages. Text messages from this system go only to the motel owner, never to guests.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our account with Amazon Web Services in the United States. We keep them only as long as needed to run the motel, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
